Regional Sales Manager – Power & Water

About the role

Neway is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for its Power & Water valve business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding market share across the power and water sectors by building strategic relationships with end‑users, EPC contractors, consultants and utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture senior‑level contacts within Saudi water and power organisations, including utilities, EPC firms and engineering consultants.
• Identify early‑stage projects, influence specifications, and secure vendor approvals to position Neway as a preferred valve supplier.
• Create and execute pursuit strategies for greenfield, brownfield and maintenance opportunities, converting leads into orders.
• Manage a portfolio of projects worth at least USD 10 million annually, covering both new installations and recurring MRO business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product suitability and compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive network and proven track record in Saudi Arabia’s power and water markets.
• Experience managing a business portfolio of USD 10 million+ in industrial valves or comparable engineering equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence specifications and vendor selection processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at senior decision‑maker level.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of valve products and applications in power generation and water treatment.
• Understanding of EPC contract structures and project procurement cycles.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
