Service Advisor

About the role

We are hiring a Service Advisor for our Khobar branch of 360 Car Maintenance. The role is customer‑focused, managing the entire service journey from vehicle reception through to delivery, ensuring clear communication and coordination with the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their concerns and accurately record service requests.
• Open job cards, document vehicle details, mileage, condition and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians to explain inspection findings and recommended repairs.
• Prepare quotations, explain costs and timelines, and obtain customer approval before work begins.
• Update customers on repair status, additional findings, and any changes to cost or delivery time.
• Confirm quality checks are completed before vehicle handover and explain completed work, invoices and warranty terms.
• Follow up after service, handle concerns professionally and maintain accurate records in the workshop system.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair services.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred; experience with American vehicles is an advantage.
