Registered Nurse – Oncology & Hematology

About the role

The Registered Nurse will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to oncology and hematology patients in a clinical setting. Working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, the RN ensures optimal patient outcomes and supports patients and families throughout treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Respond to medical emergencies, follow code and rapid response protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience (RN residency program for new graduates).
• Valid nursing license from the relevant Saudi health authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (and other LSTC courses as applicable).
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
