About the role

The Registrar in Pediatrics delivers high‑quality healthcare services through telehealth consultations. This role combines clinical expertise in pediatrics to assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of conditions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurate diagnoses of pediatric patients via telehealth.
• Collect comprehensive patient histories, including developmental milestones, medical and vaccination records, and family history.
• Perform virtual physical examinations using telehealth technology.
• Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies.
• Provide appointment and instant consultations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, prescribing medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications in line with pediatric guidelines.
• Monitor patient responses through follow‑up telehealth visits and adjust plans as needed.
• Uphold clinical quality standards, adhere to protocols, and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Report and analyze incidents or adverse events, implementing safety measures promptly.
• Lead case discussions, share progress updates, and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Engage in continuing medical education and stay current with clinical guidelines.
• Promote patient safety and enhance satisfaction by implementing safety protocols and addressing feedback.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency training in pediatrics.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Ability to deliver care remotely using telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical standards.
