Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will interact via email, chat, or phone, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) through email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain communication quality standards, handle complaints with empathy, and flag recurring problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
