About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role you will handle inquiries across phone, email and live chat, delivering professional support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Build positive relationships, support retention, and gather feedback to improve processes.
• Utilize CRM and support tools, keep documentation up‑to‑date, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
