About the role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Data Entry Administrative Clerk to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on accurately entering, updating and maintaining information across various databases, spreadsheets and digital filing systems while supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, forms, and internal systems.
• Review source documents, verify data, and correct errors, duplicates, or missing information.
• Update existing records, perform routine data verification and quality‑control checks.
• Organize and categorize electronic files, ensuring consistent formatting and naming conventions.
• Provide general clerical support, prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Process routine administrative requests, manage email correspondence, and maintain clear communication records.
• Monitor incoming information, assist with report preparation, and support team members with data‑related tasks.
• Maintain high accuracy standards, double‑check work, and protect confidential information.
