Remote Data Entry Operator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Data Entry Operator to work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining information across our databases, spreadsheets and other digital systems while meeting strict quality and deadline standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems and other digital platforms.
• Review source documents, verify information and resolve missing, duplicate or inconsistent data.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic records and files.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Convert information from emails, PDFs, scanned documents and forms into structured digital records.
• Update customer, employee, inventory, financial or operational information as required.
• Assist with data cleanup, formatting, sorting, filtering and basic spreadsheet management.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data when needed.
• Follow established data‑entry procedures, naming conventions and documentation standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company, customer or employee information.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, clerical work or customer service (preferred).
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
