About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist Admin to support daily administrative operations and maintain the accuracy of company data. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who excel at managing information, keeping digital records orderly, and providing reliable administrative assistance in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and management systems with high accuracy.
• Verify information for completeness and consistency, and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with team members.
• Maintain organized electronic records, conduct routine data audits, and ensure secure storage of confidential information.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, formatting documents, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
• Assist with employee onboarding, record management, and general office administration tasks.
• Generate reports, monitor data quality, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office administration preferred.
• Excellent typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
