About the role
The Renewals Specialist will manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, ensuring timely renewals, reducing churn, and driving ARR retention. You will act as a trusted partner, conducting health‑check calls and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and uncover expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own renewal process for assigned accounts and close renewals on schedule.
- Maintain primary contact with customers, conducting at least four structured health‑check calls per year.
- Identify risk signals, address dissatisfaction early, and propose upsell or cross‑sell options.
- Coordinate with Support, Product, Finance and other teams to resolve open tickets and ensure full issue resolution.
- Keep renewal status, risk indicators and customer data up‑to‑date in CRM systems.
- Take accountability for churn reduction and ARR retention within the portfolio.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals or Support.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription‑based products is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working against retention, churn and ARR targets.
