Reservation Agent – Madinah, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Reservation Agent to join our hotel team in Madinah. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a smooth and memorable booking experience while supporting the hotel's revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email and other channels with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process bookings for leisure, business and group travelers, accurately entering data into the Property Management System.
• Upsell room categories and ancillary services to maximize revenue while meeting guest preferences.
• Provide detailed information about the hotel, its amenities and local attractions in Madinah.
• Collaborate with front office, housekeeping and other departments to fulfill special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle modifications, cancellations and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of availability, pricing, promotions and seasonal packages.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and independent decision‑making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
