Reservation Sales Agent

About the role

dnata is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to join its travel sales team. In this front‑line position you will deliver high‑quality travel services, sell airline tickets and related products, and provide accurate travel information to retail, corporate and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to all enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Sell airline tickets, hotel bookings and ancillary travel products, converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Recommend alternative routes, classes or carriers when requested seats are unavailable, aiming to maximise revenue.
• Inform customers about passport, visa, health, insurance and check‑in requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily revenue documentation and ensure compliance with dnata service standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with airline fares, schedules and any changes to dnata’s reservation systems.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple enquiries.
