Reservations Agent – Makkah (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will manage bookings, provide detailed information about our hotel services and use sales techniques to maximise revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations via phone, email and online booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide detailed information on accommodations, rates, packages and special offers to potential guests.
• Utilise up‑selling techniques to maximise room revenue and promote hotel services.
• Enter and maintain reservation data in the property management system (PMS) with high accuracy.
• Assist with group bookings, manage allotments and monitor hotel availability to optimise occupancy.
• Prepare daily reports on reservations, cancellations and modifications.

Required profile

• Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar reservations or front‑office role (or 6 months in reservations).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using property management systems such as OPERA.
