Reservations Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Reservations Manager leads the Reservations department for FAENA The Red Sea, setting the standard of warmth, artistry, and precision that defines every guest’s first impression of the FAENA Culture. The role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the reservations function, driving revenue performance and ensuring every booking journey reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and emotive storytelling of the FAENA brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day reservations operations across all channels (phone, email, OTAs, GDS, direct website) ensuring accuracy and an exceptional guest experience.
• Partner with the Director of Revenue Management to implement pricing strategy, rate integrity, availability controls and inventory allocation.
• Analyse booking pace, pickup, denials and cancellation trends and recommend actions to maximise occupancy and RevPAR.
• Review and approve complex, VIP and high‑value reservations, ensuring bespoke arrangements are flawlessly executed.
• Champion upselling and cross‑selling of room categories, experiences and packages to drive ancillary revenue.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams to guarantee seamless arrivals, departures and special request fulfilment.
• Recruit, train and evaluate reservations team members, conducting performance reviews and identifying development opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years progressive experience in reservations or revenue‑related roles within luxury hospitality, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), GDS and channel management platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Pre‑opening experience within a luxury resort or lifestyle brand is an advantage.
