Reservations Specialist (Saudi National Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to join the reservations team at Raffles Hotels & Resorts. The role focuses on delivering friendly, engaging service while maximizing revenue through effective up‑selling and accurate reservation management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, courteous service to guests at all touch points.
• Maximise revenue by promoting upgrades and additional services.
• Update reservations and ensure a flawless check‑in and check‑out process.
• Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities and special requests.
• Take ownership of guest requests and follow up according to hotel standards.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Enter rooming lists and maintain accurate data in the reservation system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Guest‑focused personality; prior experience is an asset.
• Preferably experience with Opera or a related reservation system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
