Residences Chief Concierge – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Residences Chief Concierge leads the concierge team for Six Senses residential properties in Saudi Arabia, delivering highly personalized, discreet service to owners and their guests. Reporting to the Director of Residences, you will curate lifestyle experiences that reflect the brand’s focus on wellness, sustainability and unique local culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the Residences Concierge team to ensure proactive, flawless service.
• Act as the primary lifestyle curator, tailoring transportation, dining, wellness, cultural and off‑property experiences to individual guest preferences.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival, in‑stay and post‑departure services, maintaining continuity for long‑term residents.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage and Wellness departments to deliver seamless residential living.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles and preferences in CRM systems while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Manage VIP, VVIP, HNWI and royal guest interactions, handling service recovery with professionalism.
• Develop and sustain relationships with trusted local and international partners and suppliers.
• Support budgeting, cost control and value optimisation while upholding Six Senses service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) experience in luxury concierge or residential hospitality.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s cultural and tourism landscape.
• Exceptional discretion, confidentiality and customer‑centric mindset.
