Restaurant Host (Saudi National) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The F&B Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh. You will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a premium first impression that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, present menus, introduce servers, and manage table flow to avoid bottlenecks.
• Handle reservations and walk‑ins using systems such as TableCheck, OpenTable or SevenRooms, and optimise seating for all service periods.
• Maintain a tidy reception desk, communicate guest requests and special requirements to the service and kitchen teams, and assist during peak hours.
• Address guest complaints or wait‑time concerns professionally and escalate to the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of host/hostess experience in a 5‑star hotel, luxury restaurant or high‑end lounge.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, holidays and split‑shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation platforms: SevenRooms, OpenTable, TableCheck.
• Familiarity with POS systems, e.g., Micros Symphony.
