The Restaurant Manager leads the operations of a specific restaurant outlet within Red Sea Global Hospitality, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, employee performance, and business results in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a professional and profitable operation within the hotel framework.
• Collaborate with the training manager to identify and deliver essential training for department staff.
• Maintain departmental budget goals by driving sales revenue and controlling costs.
• Forecast business demand to optimise staffing and food production.
• Oversee all accounting and billing procedures for the outlet.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in partnership with hotel management.
• Manage employee scheduling, time control, reviews and appraisals.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting preventative maintenance inspections.
