About the role
Apparel Group is looking for motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to lead daily operations in its hospitality venues across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while overseeing staff and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service quality.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Handle guest relations, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in restaurant management or assistant management.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and guest‑relations skills.
- Female candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
