Restaurant Supervisor (Saudi National)

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the front‑of‑house team on Shura Island, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This full‑time position requires a Saudi national who can coordinate staff, maintain standards, and support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall appearance, correcting deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain storage organization using FIFO, conduct inventories, and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and report safety incidents.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and protect assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Saudi nationality (as specified).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and security procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and signage.
