Retail Attendant – Customer Service Role in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Attendant to join our Riyadh store. In this role you will ensure a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, handling transactions and maintaining a tidy store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including visual merchandising and product displays.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment and stock counting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counting.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques.
