Retail Operations Manager (KSA)

About the role

Lenskart, a fast‑growing eyewear brand, is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead its multi‑store network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales, revenue, profitability and key retail KPIs across all stores.
• Lead, coach and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, visual merchandising and customer‑service standards.
• Drive optical excellence, including eye‑testing quality and overall customer experience.
• Manage manpower planning, rosters, productivity, attrition and performance.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability and operational costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, complaints and service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion projects and location development.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory, Saudization and licensing requirements.
• Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in optical or eyewear.
• Proven multi‑store/multi‑city experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
