Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & POS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, assisting shoppers, promoting our loyalty program, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers, and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and keep inventory reports up to date.
• Adhere to store security, loss‑prevention policies, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge and ability to suggest complementary items.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, and during peak sales periods.
• Commitment to follow SOPs, loss‑prevention guidelines, and maintain confidentiality.
