Retail Salesperson – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Retail Salesperson to join our store in Riyadh. You will be the front‑line representative, driving in‑store sales while delivering excellent service and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identify needs, present products, demonstrate features and close sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by increasing conversion rates and average transaction value.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handle inquiries, returns and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including promotions, pricing and new arrivals.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/e‑payments according to procedures.
• Support merchandising standards: restock, organize displays and keep the sales floor clean and safe.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions and product briefings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management on promotions, events and team initiatives.
• Follow company policies, loss‑prevention and health‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer‑facing sales experience (recent graduates with strong service skills are welcome).
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Arabic; basic English communication is preferred.
