Retail Training Manager

About the role

A leading retail brand is seeking a Retail Training Manager to design, deliver and monitor training programmes for its store and wholesale teams across the region. Reporting to the Head of Operations from the Riyadh headquarters, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on field work, ensuring retail excellence and customer centricity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Wholesale and Retail managers to diagnose training needs and implement action plans that boost sales performance.
• Develop and roll out training programmes covering brand knowledge, make‑up artistry, product expertise and sales techniques.
• Monitor KPIs and calculate ROI of training initiatives, adjusting content as required.
• Design onboarding curricula for new store and head‑office staff and maintain digital training platforms.
• Create and manage training calendars, newsletters and mystery‑shopping programmes to uphold service standards.
• Coach store teams during retail events, grand openings and product launches, providing real‑time feedback.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess education levels and communicate findings to leadership.
• Stay updated on consumer trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the senior team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, education or retail development.
• Proven background working with wholesale partners and retail sales environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with expertise in make‑up artistry and public speaking.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales through effective training programmes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with solid business acumen.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
