Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Supervisor to lead daily RCM operations across Baraya facilities. The role ensures efficient billing, claims processing and revenue optimization while maintaining compliance with payer contracts and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily RCM activities, including billing, claims submission and follow‑up.
• Ensure accurate patient charges, invoices and statements.
• Monitor timely claim submission and resubmission through the NPHIES system.
• Manage claim denials, rejections and appeals, and drive denial resolution.
• Coordinate eligibility verification, pre‑authorizations and coverage checks.
• Oversee collections, aging reports and payment reconciliation.
• Prepare revenue cycle reports, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with payer contracts, tariffs and policies.
• Train, coach and evaluate RCM staff performance.
• Support audits, inspections and financial reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in LTC, rehabilitation or hospital settings.
• Professional certification in healthcare revenue cycle, medical coding or billing is a plus.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
