About the role
The Robotics & Gifted Education Supervisor will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of robotics and gifted education programmes at Rowad Al Khaleej International Schools in Jeddah. Working full‑time on‑site, the role supports teachers, coordinates clubs and competitions, and ensures an inclusive, high‑quality learning environment for all students.
Key responsibilities
- Design and coordinate specialised curricula for robotics and gifted learners.
- Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom organisation.
- Organise robotics clubs, competitions and enrichment activities.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align programmes with educational standards.
- Monitor student progress and prepare performance reports.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in STEM and gifted education.
- Communicate with families to keep them informed about programme outcomes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in educational management and leadership.
- Background in curriculum development, particularly in STEM and enrichment programmes.
- Proven experience working with gifted students and using differentiated instruction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
