Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Raffles Makkah Palace, you will be part of the housekeeping team that creates the first impression for guests. You will ensure each guest room is spotless, comfortable and ready for a luxurious stay in the heart of Makkah.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to Raffles standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities and polishing surfaces.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeepers and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with little or no prior experience, including fresh graduates.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work a flexible roster.
• Calm, courteous and focused on guest needs.
