Room Service Order Taker – Riyadh

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at The St. Regis Riyadh as an In‑Room Dining Order Taker. You will be the first point of contact for guests placing room service orders, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take room service orders over the phone and accurately record them in the MICROS system.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, wine selections, and dietary requirements.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
• Notify guests and management of any delays in service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift.
• Process all payment methods and complete closing reports, including MICROS reports.
• Follow company safety, security, and uniform standards.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
