نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث شركة THURAYAA Construction & Business Solutions عن رسام CAD متخصص في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP) للعمل بدوام كامل في مقر الشركة بمكة المكرمة.
المهام الرئيسية
- إعداد وتحديث مخططات MEP Shop Drawings و As-Built Drawings باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD.
- تنفيذ التعديلات وفقًا لرسومات RIW / ITR / Redline.
- تحديث الرسومات الهندسية بناءً على ملاحظات مهندسي المكتب الفني والاستشاري.
- التنسيق المستمر مع مهندسي المكتب الفني لضمان جودة وسرعة الإنجاز.
- مراجعة الرسومات قبل التسليم والتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع.
الملف المطلوب
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال MEP CAD Drafting.
- إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD باحترافية.
- خبرة في إعداد وتحديث Shop Drawings و As-Built Drawings.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية وتنفيذ الملاحظات بدقة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان برنامج AutoCAD.
- معرفة أنظمة Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV.
