Safety Advisor – Saudi Nationality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join our team as a Safety Advisor. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environment management systems across construction and industrial projects. You will advise project teams on hazard identification, risk assessment, and effective control measures while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE procedures, legal requirements, and client standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Advise project management and site teams on hazards, control measures, and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, preparing reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify compliance of subcontractors, workers, equipment, and work activities with HSE requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, statistics, inspections, observations, and action‑tracking records to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, reporting, leadership, and incident‑investigation skills.
