SailPoint Consultant (Saudi Arabia / India)

About the role

Arab Solutions is seeking an experienced SailPoint Consultant to deliver end‑to‑end Identity Governance projects in Saudi Arabia or India. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and the ability to work independently with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead or contribute to full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, workflows, policies and roles.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors and integrations with enterprise applications, AD, databases and HR systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance best practices.

Required profile

• 5–6+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Governance implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, including configuration, customization, workflows and connectors.
• Good understanding of IAM, IGA, RBAC and Access Governance concepts.
• Proven ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment and manage stakeholders.
• Preferred knowledge of Java, SQL and API integration technologies.
