About the role

The Sales Account Executive is a senior sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic accounts across public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, shaping opportunities early in the sales cycle and positioning tailored IT, ERP, consulting, and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase market penetration and long‑term client value.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within major public and private sector accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with presales, solution architects, delivery and product teams to craft integrated solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate CRM records and reliable forecasts.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Required profile

  • Proven senior sales experience in the IT/ERP space, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value client relationships and influence C‑level decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement cycles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial acumen.
