Sales & Account Management Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Management Specialist to drive new business opportunities and support our growth through proactive sales activities. You will work closely with potential corporate clients, qualifying leads and guiding them through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify decision‑makers and build relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
- Manage sales activities and opportunities through a CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture pipelines and achieve business growth.
- Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
