Sales Account Manager – Club Segment (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Sales Account Manager – Club Segment will drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia by building and managing relationships with fitness clubs, health centres, and commercial wellness facilities. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs from lead generation to contract closure and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the club and fitness segment across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage, and secure new commercial clients and projects.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project management, technical) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or commercial equipment sectors.
• Track record of managing key accounts, developing new business, and closing complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is highly preferred, with knowledge of local business culture and procurement processes.
