Sales Account Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

Our subsidiary Adree is seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve assigned revenue and gross‑profit targets across the Saudi market. The role requires strong experience in technology sales, account development, and managing complex opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in government, semi‑government and private‑sector accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closing and collection follow‑up.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, update CRM accurately and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, delivery, bidding, partners and finance teams to deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4‑6 years of B2B technology sales or account management experience in the Saudi market.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close complex technology deals.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High ownership, discipline, responsiveness and attention to detail.
