Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be based on‑site in Jeddah and will drive sales growth and brand visibility for the Soft Touch and Sleep Key bedding product lines. The role combines direct customer acquisition, relationship management and the coordination of marketing activities to support both retail and hospitality channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers in retail and hospitality sectors.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
• Present product features and benefits to partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Gather market feedback and adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with management on pricing, positioning and product launch plans.
• Provide training and product knowledge support to internal sales teams and key accounts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term relationships.
• Experience in sales management and training, preferably in consumer goods, textiles or hotel supply.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and travel locally for client visits.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
