Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and a friendly attitude. Working on the shop floor, you will assist shoppers, promote loyalty programmes and ensure the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guide them to the right products and convert browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines and keep stock organized.
• Handle the POS/billing counter, process cash, card and voucher payments accurately.
• Perform cash‑till reconciliation at the start and end of each shift.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to stay updated on brand offerings.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime and during peak sales events.
• Commitment to delivering high‑standard customer service following the GUEST methodology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and billing software.
• Cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Basic inventory management and reporting.
