Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will join Makan360’s real‑estate sales team, promoting premium residential projects to local, regional and international buyers. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract signing and hand‑over, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify prospective buyers and investors across Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and overseas markets.
• Present project details, pricing, payment plans, ownership rules and delivery timelines in a professional manner.
• Manage leads end‑to‑end: enquiry, viewing, negotiation, booking, contract preparation and hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM and submit regular reports.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal and operations teams to guarantee compliant and documented transactions.
• Represent Makan360 at client meetings, exhibitions, roadshows and sales events.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or a high‑value B2C environment.
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia – Saudi nationals preferred, non‑Saudis must hold a transferable Iqama.
