Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will identify and engage potential customers for Retal Urban Development Co’s range of products and services. Working primarily from the Khobar office and visiting client sites, you will tailor product recommendations to meet individual client needs and support them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and select products based on customer requirements.
• Present product features, benefits and usage to prospects.
• Communicate with clients via in‑person meetings, phone and email to understand their needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to generate repeat business.
• Identify leads through networking, cold calling and market research.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Process sales documentation and record transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales or lead generation.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
