Business Developer

About the role

We are hiring a Business Development professional to join our growing team at Saudi Seven Group for General Contracting. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth across general contracting, construction, transportation, and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, and secure new projects and contracts.
• Monitor market opportunities, upcoming projects and respond to tenders.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Strong experience in Saudi contracting, construction, transportation, or industrial sectors.
• Existing relationships with potential clients and contractors (preferred).
• Valid Saudi work authorization (Iqama) and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
