Sales Coordinator – Food Department

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Food Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with Saudi food regulations. The role bridges customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate sales and logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Food Department.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with product registration and ensure compliance with SFDA and Saudi food regulations.
• Manage importation, customs clearance, and coordinate with customs brokers.
• Support warehouse and inventory management activities.
• Maintain databases and generate regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Saudi food regulations and SFDA requirements.
• Familiarity with importation and customs clearance processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
