Sales Development Representative – Enterprise (UAE market)

About the role

Deel is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role works closely with the broader sales team and leverages market research to identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, turning leads into opportunities and closed business.
• Learn from experienced sales colleagues and help build a world‑class Sales Playbook and tech stack.
• Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Understand and support each stage of the lead‑generation process, including marketing hand‑offs to Account Executives.
• Create email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and emails until meetings are secured.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role.
• Proven experience selling software in the UAE market.
• Native or fluent Arabic and English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote team environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding quota‑carrying targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales‑engagement tools is a plus.
