Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities for one of Asia's premier football tournaments. Reporting to the KSA Sales Lead and collaborating closely with Sales Managers, you will identify, qualify, and engage prospective corporate and high‑net‑worth clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential corporate clients, government entities, family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals, and hospitality buyers.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking events, and referrals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined sales criteria and customer profiles.
• Schedule meetings and product presentations for Sales Managers and the KSA Sales Lead.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce CRM and manage prospect databases across priority sectors.
• Support lead generation initiatives, sales campaigns, marketing activities, and hospitality product launches.
• Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer success, hospitality or events.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
