Sales Engineer – Equipment Sales & Rental

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to grow the sales and rental business for generators, forklifts and related industrial equipment across Riyadh and the wider Saudi market. The role combines technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to generate new accounts, manage enquiries and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales and rental business for generators, forklifts and related equipment across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and approach new customers in construction, infrastructure, industrial, logistics and related sectors.
• Generate enquiries for equipment sales, rentals and AMC/service contracts.
• Conduct site visits to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
• Monitor ongoing projects to anticipate equipment needs.
• Coordinate with technical, service, rental and operations teams to ensure effective customer support.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in generators, forklifts, equipment rental or AMC business.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid KSA driving licence.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

• Salary: SAR 9,000 – 12,000 per month.
