Sales Executive – Business Setup & Corporate Services

About the role

Proven is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to promote and sell company formation, post‑incorporation and business support services to new and existing clients in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through business setup, compliance and immigration services while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, networking and online platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to uncover sales opportunities.
• Represent Proven at meetings, events, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and service agreements in coordination with internal departments.
• Follow up leads and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Inform clients about required documents, timelines, fees and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, government relations, finance and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Target‑driven, proactive sales professional with knowledge of business setup and corporate services in the KSA market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads.
