Sales Executive – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

DMR Arabia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business across its events, exhibitions and experiential solutions portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building lasting client relationships and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients, government entities, event and exhibition organizers, and marketing agencies.
• Present DMR Arabia’s services and capabilities to prospects.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking functions.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to design suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers; follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or a related role.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, event production, marketing, branding or experiential services is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, ambitious and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
