Sales Executive – FMCG & International Markets

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive FMCG sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expand our international footprint. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for international markets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers, distributors, and partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing international clients.
• Generate leads through market research, outbound outreach, networking, and industry contacts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations to ensure efficient order delivery.
• Manage export orders from enquiry to shipment and delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and keep CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, international or B2B sales.
• Proven experience dealing with international customers and distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of export processes, shipping and trade documentation.
• Fluent English with the ability to work independently across multiple markets.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
