About the role
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company's full product portfolio to assigned customers within a defined territory. This role involves active market engagement, handling customer inquiries, and providing feedback on competitor activities.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers and report any competitor activity.
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms in retail locations.
- Process special order requests as needed.
- Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare documentation for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
- Identify and report new customer opportunities to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before processing returns.
- Report unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
- Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering warehouses and shelves.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
