Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive the sale of land opportunities, delivering presentations, negotiating deals and building lasting client relationships. The role focuses on meeting quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve approved quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales plans to attract prospective customers and maximize opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, digital platforms and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations highlighting investment advantages of available land.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient transaction closing.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports for the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Keep customer records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing and market trends, offering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns supporting sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• FAL License – Real estate brokerage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
